25% Deposit Required for Reservation
Cancellation Policy:

30 Day Notice – Full Refund
15-29 Day Notice – 50% Refund
Under 15 Day Notice – No Refund
No refunds for Sturgis Bike Week cancellations.

After arrival payment is due for full reservation period, no discounts for early departure.

Check in time is 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.

HORSES

Required for all out-of-state horses:

Current health certificate, Neg. Coggins test and West Nile vaccination.

No studs allowed.
Certified weed free hay is required in the National Forest and is available for purchase at Hay Creek Ranch.
Guests are responsible for their horses and for cleaning corrals daily.

DOGS

No dogs allowed without permission.
Guests with dogs are responsible for their behavior and should clean up after them.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires are permitted only in authorized fire rings.
Firewood provided. The SD Dept. of Ag. requests no out of state firewood.
Please put out all campfires before leaving them.

CABINS

Bedding, cookware and dishes provided in all cabins.
Please bring your own bath and kitchen towels.
Broken or missing items from cabins will be charged to guest.
No smoking in any cabins.
No unattended dogs in cabins. Your dog may be in the cabin only if you are.

NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDINGS

NO ATVs ALLOWED

Access to Hay Creek Ranch in through the National Forest. Please drive carefully and enjoy the beauty of the Hills.
