Rules

Reservations

  • 25% Deposit Required for Reservation. Personal checks or cash preferred. There will be a 4% charge for use of a credit card.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 60 Day Notice – 50% Refund
    • Less than 60 Days Notice – No Refund
    • 20% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • After arrival payment is due for full reservation period, no discounts for early departure.
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Horses

  • Required for all out-of-state horses:
    • Current health certificate,
    • Neg. Coggins test
  • No studs allowed.
  • Guests are responsible for their horses and for cleaning corrals daily.

Dogs

  • No dogs allowed without permission.
  • Guests with dogs are responsible for their behavior and should clean up after them.

Campfires

  • Campfires are permitted only in authorized fire rings.
  • Please put out all campfires before leaving them.

Guest Facilities

  • Bedding, cookware, dishes and towels provided.
  • Broken or missing items will be charged to guest.
  • No dogs allowed in the Hacienda or Casitas, unless crated.
